Those old video games, which the cover art and instruction booklet reminded the pixel art of the game. Illustration inspired by a game in development my brother is working on. It might see the light of day eventually. Cross fingers.

Are We Alone ?
Some rough shot ideas I had for a short animation.
The first 2 shots are more props and affects animation.
The last two shots, peaking in the cave and reaction close up, are more performance animation.
The color palette is pretty close to what I had in mind, but their placement isnèt quite there yet. The designs would be a little different. It's really my first draft.

Wine?
I hadn't posted in a while, because I've been really really busy at work, Studio Pascal Blais, doing cool projects which I will eventually show. I am also trying to wrap up my first rough pass on a 70 pages comic which is an adaptation of a the novel Laurence, written by Carl Rocheleau. I'll sometime make a blog for the project. Meanwhile, check out Carl's professional pages for news on his writing.
Weird looking rich man, drinking wine.
